So Soy Smoothie
This is such an easy smoothie and it is so delicious!!! It's great for a breakfast on the run.
2 c. Soy milk
1 1/2 c. - 2 c. any fresh or frozen fruit
1 frozen banana (a fresh banana works just as good)
Blend and you have it.
